A unique place<\/h2>\n

This church, desacralised today, has been entirely renovated. Resolutely modern, renovations respected the original architecture. Behind the building\u2019s door, built between the 11th and 12th century, the entrance to the wine-tasting cellar where different parcellar cuv\u00e9es from Pouilly-Fuiss\u00e9 and other south M\u00e2connais appellations are suggested. Within the thick stone walls, you can taste and enjoy these wines in this unique environment, full of history. We are convinced you will be spellbound\u2026
Eyes are turned on a cathedral of barrels in which the cuv\u00e9es patiently express themselves. Only the name, handwritten on a small slate, reveals the nectar and vintage inside\u2026<\/p>\n

Behind the pointed arch vaults, the wine library. The bed of rare wines, a recollection of emblematic M\u00e2connais vineyards: Pouilly-Fuiss\u00e9, St V\u00e9ran and other appellations from Chardonnay grapes. Looking up, the dome on squinches reveals rare paintings.
Like a wink, the stainless-steel winery, perfectly aligned, gives a glimpse of the new church\u2019s bell tower through one of its openings.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
