Climats since 1946<\/h2>\n

It is in the heart of the former village church that the old vintages sleep. On the building\u2019s full height, hundreds of bottles from different climats dedicate their time to fully expressing themselves. Indeed, since the beginning, Auvigue vinifies micro-cuv\u00e9es from identified parcels. Each cuv\u00e9e expresses its climat, a perfectly outlined lieu-dit which defines the crafted wine.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Since the beginning, Maison Auvigue has worked on the diversity of the terroirs to produce great wines on each of the identified lieux-dits. For each vintage, Auvigue \u201cforgot\u201d unique bottles, ageing patiently away from the light\u2026but not from sight.<\/p>\n
